Common questions

My alarm didn't fire. What do I do?

First, make sure ZzZlapp has permission to schedule alarms: Settings → Privacy & Security → Alarms & Reminders → ZzZlapp. Also confirm the alarm is toggled on inside the app. If the issue persists, delete the alarm and recreate it. Still not working? Email us with your iPhone model and iOS version.

I purchased a pack but the content isn't showing.

Go to Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases. This re-validates your purchases with the App Store. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. If it still doesn't restore, contact us and we'll sort it out.

What do the in-app purchases include?

ZzZlapp offers 9 one-time purchases: 3 Mission Packs (Sports, Mind, Camera), 4 Sound Packs (Zen & Nature, Music & Instruments, Electronic & Synth, Bold & Intense), AI Sleep Coach (weekly reports, challenges, achievements), and a Full Premium Bundle that includes everything plus iCloud sync and custom sound recording at a discounted price. All purchases are permanent — no subscriptions or recurring charges.

Can I get a refund?

All purchases are one-time payments with no recurring charges. Refunds are handled by Apple — you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you're having trouble with the process, email us and we'll do our best to help.

What is AI Sleep Coach?

AI Sleep Coach is a premium feature that gives you weekly AI-generated sleep reports, monthly personalized challenges, and 10 achievements to unlock. Reports analyze your alarm patterns, snooze habits, and response times to provide actionable insights. AI processing happens on-device by default; cloud processing (via Google Gemini) is optional and requires your explicit consent.

The app is crashing or not opening.

Try force-closing the app and reopening it. If that doesn't help, restart your iPhone. If the issue continues, delete and reinstall the app — your alarms are stored locally so they will be lost, but your Premium purchase can be restored via Restore Purchases. Contact us if the problem persists.

The alarm sound is not playing.

Check that your iPhone is not in Silent mode (the physical switch on the side). Also verify that ZzZlapp has notification permissions enabled in Settings → Notifications → ZzZlapp. AlarmKit alarms bypass Do Not Disturb, but Silent mode can affect audio in some configurations.

A camera or motion mission isn't working.

Make sure the required permission is granted: Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera (or Motion & Fitness) → ZzZlapp. If the permission is off, toggle it on and reopen the app. Camera and motion missions require a physical iPhone — they don't work on unsupported hardware.

How do I delete my data?

ZzZlapp stores everything locally on your device — no cloud, no servers. Uninstalling the app deletes all your data. If you made an in-app purchase and want to request deletion of data held by our payment processor (RevenueCat), email us at soporte@qworx.cl and we'll assist you.
