QWorx Soluciones TI Limitada ("we", "our", or "us") operates the ZzZlapp mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.
1. Information We Collect
ZzZlapp collects and stores the following information locally on your device:
- Alarm settings (times, labels, repeat schedules)
- Mission preferences and configurations
- Alarm history (dismissals, snoozes, response times)
- Sleep quality ratings and wake mood (if provided by you)
- AI Sleep Coach reports and monthly challenge progress
- App preferences (language, appearance, haptic feedback)
We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers. All data remains on your device.
2. Device Permissions
ZzZlapp may request the following permissions:
- Alarms & Notifications — Required to schedule and display alarms.
- Motion & Fitness — Used for shake, step, balance, and jump missions, processed locally on your device.
- Camera — Used for QR code scanning, photo matching, and body pose detection missions (squat, pushup, jump, smile, gesture). All camera processing uses Apple's on-device Vision framework — no images or video are transmitted, stored, or shared.
- Microphone — Used for custom alarm sound recording (premium feature). Audio is recorded, stored locally on your device, and never transmitted or shared.
These permissions are used solely to provide app functionality and are never used to collect or share personal data.
3. Data Storage
All app data is stored locally on your device using iOS standard storage mechanisms. Your data is:
- Stored only on your device
- Not backed up to any external servers
- Automatically removed if you delete the app
You can clear all app data at any time through the Settings menu within the app.
iCloud Sync
If you purchase the Full Premium Bundle, you may enable iCloud sync to mirror your alarms, history, settings, and monthly challenges across devices signed in with the same Apple ID. Sync uses Apple's iCloud infrastructure and is subject to Apple's iCloud Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Photo data from missions is excluded from sync. You can disable iCloud sync at any time in the App's settings.
4. Third-Party Services
ZzZlapp does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
The app uses RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases. RevenueCat processes your purchase transactions through Apple's StoreKit framework and may collect anonymized purchase history and device identifiers solely for purchase management. AI Data Processing
The AI Sleep Coach feature generates weekly reports using artificial intelligence. Two processing methods are available:
- Apple Foundation Models — on-device AI processing. No data leaves your device. This is the primary method when available and does not require your consent.
- Google Gemini API — cloud-based AI processing, used only with your explicit consent. Anonymized alarm statistics (dismissals, snooze patterns, response times, streaks) are sent via a secure Cloudflare Workers proxy. No personal identifiers, names, or location data are transmitted. Generated reports are cached locally on your device and are not stored on external servers.
You can grant or revoke consent for cloud-based AI processing at any time in the App's settings. If consent is revoked, the app falls back to on-device processing or template-based reports.
All other app functionality uses only Apple's native frameworks (AlarmKit, CoreMotion, Vision, AVFoundation).
5. Children's Privacy
ZzZlapp does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Since all data is stored locally and we do not collect any personal information, the app is safe for users of all ages.
6. Your Rights
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over your information. You can:
- View all your data within the app
- Modify your settings at any time
- Delete all data using the "Clear All Data" option in Settings
- Uninstall the app to remove all associated data
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the app with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
8. In-App Purchases
ZzZlapp offers optional premium content through one-time, non-consumable in-app purchases. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges.
- Billing — Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase.
- Permanent Access — All purchases are one-time payments that grant permanent access to the purchased content.
- Restore Purchases — You can restore previously purchased content on any device using the same Apple ID.
- Refunds — Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
All purchase transactions are processed securely through Apple's App Store. ZzZlapp does not have access to your payment information.
